Our business transformation consultancy is a specialist service using formal methods to identify significant performance improvements and cost savings in key business processes.  

Many of these solutions require fundamental change programmes to be implemented involving not only the ‘to be’ processes but changes to the organisation structure, the skills and capabilities of its’ people, culture and technology to achieve the client’s strategic objectives, performance and cost improvement targets.  We have built up an enviable track record of success in supporting clients through these difficult transition stages in a structured and low risk manner.

Formal methods used are based on customer preference and include: Prince 2, Sprint, the public sector transformation method, PMM, MS Project, IDEF, ITIL, Crosby, Six Sigma.  Modelling tools used include Visio, PowerPoint, Triaster’s Process Navigator and ProcessWise Workbench, a modelling and simulation tool.

We recognise that large transformations are often complex and costly exercises and therefore we endeavour to mitigate costs wherever possible.  On many occasions, we have delivered transformation skills training and support to client staff so they can continue the process of redesign and the identification of efficiency improvements as their strategy and business change.
