Requirements Meeting

A requirements meeting will outline the business drive behind the project, business objectives, timescales, budget and project team requirements and responsibilities.

Audit and Consultancy Assessment Meeting

The Consultancy starts with a meeting to discuss the process in detail.  This meeting can include the working group members of the project and managers of relevant departments.  All relevant information and contact details would be requested, such as; financial contracts, support and maintenance contracts, estate floor plans and process maps.

Information Collection and Analysis

A full on-site survey is completed through the collection of data and consultancy and may include the completion of questionnaires and one-to-one meetings dependent upon the service. 

Audit Presentation and Recommendations

All information and data collected will be presented in a full report.  Conclusions and recommendations will be provided for progression.
